The inspection report is generated on site using the latest technology to give you a complete and thorough evaluation of your future home.  This report includes digital photographs highlighting any deficiencies in the home.   With each inspection from PNBI, you’ll receive a comprehensive 300-page Home House Manual.   In this document, you’ll receive a building inspection survey list of hundreds of items reviewed .  In addition, you’ll get extensive notes, comments, and explanations of the inspector’s findings on everything from your foundation to your roof.  The report covers the grounds/landscaping, the exterior including the roof, heating and air conditioning, pool and/or spas, plumbing, electrical, bathroom (s), general interior, kitchen and appliances, and structure.
